Cancellation Policy
Guests can request cancellation online before check-in, subject to the booking’s current status.

How to cancel
Use Find My Booking with the booking reference and reservation email, or contact Hotel Mount Bliss. A booking cannot be cancelled online after check-in, check-out, or an earlier cancellation.
Confirmation
The booking lookup will show the cancelled status after a successful request. Keep the booking reference for your records.
Charges and refunds
This website does not process payments. Any deposit, cancellation charge, or refund agreed outside the website is handled directly with Hotel Mount Bliss under the terms communicated when staff confirms the reservation.
Changes
For date, room, or guest-count changes, contact the hotel. Changes depend on availability and may change the quoted total.
